9/4/2015 8:36 PM EDT	At 836 pm edt, doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing quarter size hail and damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. this storm was located 6 miles northwest of chester, or near lowrys, moving south at 15 mph. locations impacted include, chester, lowrys and chester state park.
9/4/2015 8:22 PM EDT	At 822 pm edt, doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing quarter size hail and damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. this storm was located 8 miles north of chester, or near lowrys, and moving south at 15 mph. * locations in the warning include, chester, lowrys, chester state park and mcconnells.
