8/7/2015 6:01 PM EDT Radar Image for Severe Thunderstorms near Brooker, FL at 8/7/2015 6:04 PM EDT At 600 pm edt, doppler radar indicated a line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. these storms were located along a line extending from near maxville to near alachua, moving southeast at 30 mph. locations impacted include, gainesville, starke, lake butler, keystone heights, raiford, middleburg, worthington spring, melrose, alachua, high springs, hawthorne, worthington springs, george`s lake, groves, lake geneva, upland pines, kingsley, university of florida, camp blanding and orange heights.
