Hazards include 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. Hail damage to vehicles is expected. expect wind damage to roofs, siding and trees. locations impacted include, harlan, earling, irwin, defiance, panama, westphalia, kirkman, elk horn creek recreation area and prairie rose state park. this includes highway 59 in iowa between mile markers 73 and 86. A tornado watch remains in effect until 200 am cdt for southwestern iowa.
