Locations impacted include, shawnee, lake quivira, riverside, gladstone, kansas city kansas, liberty, excelsior springs, merriam, lenexa, north kansas city, claycomo, overland park, mission, kansas city, westwood, prairie village, fairway, mission hills, leawood and courtney.
