Hazards include 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. Hail damage to vehicles is expected. expect wind damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some power outages. locations impacted include, morgantown, fairmont, uniontown, connellsville, westover, kingwood, oakland, star city, terra alta, rowlesburg, bittinger, pleasant valley, winfield, south connellsville, farmington, barrackville, point marion, monongah, granville and grantsville. this includes the following highways, interstate 68 in maryland between mile markers 1 and 24. interstate 68 in west virginia between mile markers 1 and 32. interstate 79 in west virginia between mile markers 131 and 154.
