7/19/2015 6:08 PM EDT Radar Image for Severe Thunderstorms near Arcadia Lakes, SC at 7/19/2015 6:11 PM EDT At 607 pm edt, doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. this storm was located 11 miles northwest of lexington, and moving south at 25 mph. * this severe thunderstorm will be near, lexington around 625 pm edt. red bank around 635 pm edt. other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include chapin, little mountain, ridgeway, peak, seven oaks, gilbert, blythewood, lake murray of richland and summit.

7/13/2015 11:35 PM EDT Radar Image for Severe Thunderstorms near Arcadia Lakes, SC at 7/13/2015 11:38 PM EDT At 1131 pm edt, doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. this storm was located 10 miles east of fort jackson, or 13 miles east of woodfields, moving southeast at 25 mph. penny size hail may also accompany the damaging winds. in addition, at 1115 pm edt, this storm produced penny size hail 4 miles north of dentsville in richland county. locations impacted include, columbia, forest acres, woodfields, dentsville, arcadia lakes, eastover, five points, woodfield, fort jackson and stateburg.

6/1/2015 2:17 PM EDT At 212 pm edt, doppler radar indicated thunderstorms extending from kershaw county southward into southern lexington county. storms near camdan, swansea, and near the fairfield and richland county line near interstate 77, were likely severe with wind gusts of 40 to 60 mph and quarter-size hail. storm movement was northeast near 15 mph. a small interior room on the lowest flood usually offers the best protection from severe thunderstorms.
