3/17/2016 4:21 PM EDT	At 420 pm edt, doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. this storm was located over worcester, and was moving east at 35 mph. amateur radio operators reported a tree down on mill street in worcester in association with this storm.
