4/9/2015 6:22 PM CDT A tornado warning remains in effect until 645 pm cdt for northwestern de kalb. southwestern boone. northeastern ogle and southeastern winnebago counties. at 620 pm cdt. a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located a few miles south of rockford airport. Moving northeast at 35 mph.
