Hazards include 70 mph wind gusts. Expect considerable tree damage. damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. Locations impacted include, harlingen, san benito, brownsville, los fresnos, south padre island, rancho viejo, rio hondo, arroyo city, southmost, olmito and port mansfield.
