Hazards include 70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. Expect considerable tree damage. damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. Locations impacted include, marion, mount vernon, herrin, west frankfort, benton, carterville, johnston city, christopher, rend lake area, sesser, zeigler, crainville, cambria, royalton, energy, hurst, woodlawn, bluford, valier and west city.

Hazards include tornado. Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
